To filter the call logs,

  1. Login to your mobile app and go to "Logs"

  2. Click on the “Filter” icon at the top-right

  3. Select a “Filter”, whichever suits your requirement

MyOperator mobile app already has some default filters created, such as:

  • IVR: Calls which were missed or answered using an IVR.
  • Connected: Calls which were connected and answered by you or your team.
  • Missed: Calls which were missed both on mobile and on IVR.
  • SMS: SMSes received both on your mobile and through IVR.
  • Mobile: Calls received or answered or missed using the mobile

You can choose from any of the above-mentioned filters.
