To filter the call logs,
Login to your mobile app and go to "Logs"
Click on the “Filter” icon at the top-right
Select a “Filter”, whichever suits your requirement
- IVR: Calls which were missed or answered using an IVR.
- Connected: Calls which were connected and answered by you or your team.
- Missed: Calls which were missed both on mobile and on IVR.
- SMS: SMSes received both on your mobile and through IVR.
- Mobile: Calls received or answered or missed using the mobile
You can choose from any of the above-mentioned filters.
