You cannot receive calls on the mobile app. However, you can track and view your business’ call traffic user/department wise and the number of calls connected and missed by your organization. Also, you can sync the data that exists on your MyOperator panel to your mobile app. For this all you need to do is download the app from the play store on your phone and on your employees’ phones.
