To check call recordings on the web panel, follow the steps mentioned below:
1. Login to your MyOperator panel.
2. Click on “Logs” at the top.
3.On the left, click on “Filter List”
4. Click on “Connected” to view all the connected calls of your organization.
5. Click on the number whose recording you want to hear. A drop down box will appear. To the extreme right, is the recording option.
6. Click on “Play” button to hear the recording.
