To enable/disable an IVR, follow the steps mentioned below:



1. Login to your MyOperator panel.





2. Click on “Manage” at the top.





3. Go to settings and click on “Design IVR flow”.





4. Click on the “Settings” wheel on the time slab at the right.





5. Click on “Enable/disable” as per your requirements from the drop down.





In case, you have multiple IVRs for your business, click on the IVR first that you want to deactivate and follow the above steps.
