ans: When you create a new IVR, it is important to design the departments and form a proper structure of the IVR. This what you can do to design the structure of your IVR:

  1. Add a Sound File to “Welcome” first.

  1. Now for adding menu, Click on “Sub-Menu”node (Upload a sound file) which will give you a flowchart of two nodes stating “Sample 1” and “Sample 2”.

  1. Convert those nodes to “Department Node” by clicking on the “Change” button.

 

  1. Once it’s done, name the departments and enter the key value using the “Settings” option.

  1. Also, add Voicemail to each department, using the “Voicemail node” (This is optional, but MyOperator uses sets Voicemail as default. You can delete it if you want.)

 

Incase, you want to convey a message to your callers, add a “Message node” to the Menu Option.
