ans: When you create an IVR, it is important to check whether the IVR added is playing properly.

To check, do this:

  1. Go to “IVR List> Click onto the any of the IVRs you have created.

  2. A flowchart would appear with all the menu options. There’s a “play button (arrow)” beside every menu.

  3. Click it to listen to the audio and check whether it’s being played properly.
