To test if your IVR is working, follow the steps mentioned below:



1. Login to your MyOperator panel.

2. Click on “Manage” at the top.

3. Go to settings and click on “Design IVR flow”.

4. Choose the IVR that you want to test. Click on “Play” beside the welcome, menu or department node to check whether your IVR is working or not.
