You can set as many IVRs as you want. To create an IVR, follow the steps mentioned below:
1. Login to your MyOperator panel.
2. Click on “Manage” at the top.
3. Go to settings and click on “Design IVR flow”.
4. Click on “Add new IVR”.
5. Enter your IVR Name, select the IVR type, the time and days you want your IVR to play. Also, choose how many times you want your IVR menu to repeat and select the user, whom the call will get transferred to if the customer dials a wrong/no input.
6. Click on “Save”.
