ans: Depending on the requirements of the user/company, you can set multiple IVRs based on time. Follow these few steps to set multiple IVRs:
Login to your MyOperator Panel.
Click on “Manage”.
Within the “Manage” section, click on, “Design IVR Flow”.
4. Within this section, click on “Add New IVR” at the top-right.
5. “Add New IVR” popup opens, where there is an option to “Set Time”. Check “Whole day” if a particular IVR should play for the entire day.
6. If you chose to set a time interval for the IVR, uncheck Whole day and set that duration of the IVR to be played.
