ans: Depending on the requirements of the user/company, you can set multiple IVRs based on time. Follow these few steps to set multiple IVRs:

  1. Login to your MyOperator Panel.

  2. Click on “Manage”.

  3. Within the “Manage” section, click on, “Design IVR Flow”.

    4. Within this section, click on “Add New IVR” at the top-right.

  5. Add New IVR” popup opens, where there is an option to “Set Time”. Check “Whole day” if a particular IVR should play for the entire day.

6. If you chose to set a time interval for the IVR, uncheck Whole day and set that duration of the IVR to be played.

Also, design the flow of the IVR
