MyOperator allows you to subscribe for reports via sms or email. This enables you to monitor your business’s activities even after office hours. Thus, you no longer need to be in front of your desktop or on your MyOperator panel to know about your overall call volume. You will receive notifications both for your incoming and outgoing calls: connected and missed.
To subscribe for reports, follow the steps mentioned below:
1. Click on “Reports” at the top of your MyOperator web panel.
2. Click on ‘’Subscribe’’ on the right.
3. Choose whether you want to subscribe for reports via sms, email or both. Set the time and choose the agent/agents who will receive these report.
4. Click on ‘’Save’’.
