How can I update/edit any information for a user?

ans: Editing user information is sometimes important while transferring or receiving calls. Therefore,
Go to “Manage”, click onto the “User lists”- A list of active users is displayed.
Click on “Edit”, displayed just next to the name of the existing user- an "Edit User" box opens, where you can update changes.

Also, go through the following:
1. Set Time.
2. Assign Department or multiple departments
3. Extension number
4. Enable/disable department.
