ans: Editing user information is sometimes important while transferring or receiving calls. Therefore,
  1. Go to “Manage”, click onto the “User lists”- A list of active users is displayed.

  1. Click on “Edit”, displayed just next to the name of the existing user- an "Edit User" box opens, where you can update changes.
